FREE Case Review
I am so confident that you will be impressed by the
service I provide, that I am willing to offer a one-time
FREE case review to every new attorney who is willing to
try my services.
In return, all I ask is that you give me 15 minutes of
your time for a brief introduction, so that I can
explain the many ways in which I can help you. I will
then provide a one-time FREE case review of a limited
set of records. This will
include a brief review of the records provided to me, a
brief summary which outlines the case, a description of
the disease process in question, and a conclusion of my
thoughts. I will describe whether the case has merit,
whether there are additional records or other
documentation that should be obtained, who the key
players are (if the case does have merit), and what type
of experts will be required to further develop the case.
In order to receive this one time FREE service, you
simply need to contact me either by email or by phone so
that we can make arrangements for an introductory
meeting. At the time of that meeting, I will gather the
limited set of records you wish to have me review and within one week,
I will return the records to you with my report as
described above.
This service is provided to Attorneys, law enforcement
agencies, insurance companies and medical facilities
throughout the United States. If located outside of my
local area, of NH, Maine, Vermont, or Massachusetts,
then arrangements can be made for either a video
conference using Skype or a phone conference.
